More than ever, foster resource families need to know what their legal rights and responsibilities are. Toward that end, we have designed legal plans to help foster resource families with the cost of quality assistance for the legal aspects of foster care. Our plans emphasize preventative law, taking care of potential problems before they reach crisis proportions emotionally and financially. These plans provide legal services that foster care resource families need at an affordable price. Enrollment in one of our plans includes the following:

Unlimited Consultations. Unlimited toll-free telephone access for related legal matters immediately upon enrollment in legal plan. Foster care resource families can get advice before their concerns become problems.

Unlimited Review of Documents. Members can have an unlimited number of legal and agency documents concerning their case reviewed by us. We will analyze the documents and answer any questions they may have.

Updates on the Law. Members will be provided information on the law including recent developments & changes that affect foster care resource families.

Discounted Legal Fees. Enrollment in our legal plans will entitle members to a discount on our hourly rate. Additionally, we will credit the full amount of the plan toward the initial retainer if a member needs to retain us for services not covered by the plan during the first three months of enrollment.

The membership fees for enrollment in our legal plans are as follows:

Semi-Annual Plan [6 months]…......................$300

Annual Plan [12 months]…............................$500

The discounted legal fees for enrollment in our legal plans are as follows:

Semi-Annual Plan ….$200 an hour ($25 dollars an hour off our hourly rate of $225)

Annual Plan…..........$190 an hour ($35 dollars an hour off our hourly rate of $225)
